RESOLUTION NO. 89 -1962
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of construction
with respect to the following roamed improvement to-wit:
A. Sewer and Water Main Laterals and Service Connections
Regular Special Assessment Fund, including all in-
cidental expenses thereto is in the sum of $3,381.69.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed
for said improvement against every assessible lot, piece, or
parcel of land benefited by said improvement according to law.
