RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT, P.S. #02-02,VINEWOOD PARK,BY
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT#14 AND THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, TO REPLAT
PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
NECESSARY FOR THE TRANSFER OF LAND, GENERALLY LOCATED AT
COMMONS PARK AND THE FRIDLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL.
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 17, 2002, and
recommended approval of said plat; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Vinewood Park at their May 6,
2002; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the plat Vinewood Park has been attached as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council approves the Final Plat for
Vinewood Park and directs the petitioner to record plat at Anoka County within six months of
this approval or such approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
