Res 2002-33 RESOLUTION NO. 33 -2002
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH THE MPCA FOR SPRINGBROOK WATERSHED IMPLEMENTATION
PROJECT PHASE II CWP GRANT FUNDING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council,that the City of Fridley enter into the attached Grant
Agreement with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to conduct the following project:
Springbrook Watershed Implementation Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council, that the City Manager, William Burns,be
authorized to execute the attached Grant Agreement for the above mentioned project on behalf of
the City of Fridley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City of Fridley that the Environmental Planner, Julie
Jones, serve as Project Representative and represent the four Cities involved in funding this
project in all matters which, according to the conditions of the Grant Agreement,do not
specifically require action by the City Council.
