A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE KURT ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain land and
said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the assessments levied against the
following described parcels,N 339 Ft of that Prt of Lot 4,Aud Sub No 79 into Lot 1,Block
1,Kurt Addition and the Operating Property of the Burlington Northern RR St Paul to
Staples line may and shall be apportioned and divided and replatted as follows:
