RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE 2001 NUISANCE ABATEMENT
WHEREAS,by resolution passed by the City Council on the 17th Day of September 2001, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of Nuisance Abatement;
and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll has been
completed and filed in her office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the Fridley Municipal Center in the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota on the 22°a Day of October, 2001 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for:
2001 NUISANCE ABATEMENT
2. The City Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper
of the City at least two (2)weeks prior to such meeting.
