RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR
A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR
MOOSE LODGE 38(8298 UNIVERSITY AVENUE NE)
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for a Minnesota
Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for the Moose Lodge 38,and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for their premises located at 8298 University
Avenue NE and will be effective from April 1,2000 to March 31,2002; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has found no reason to restrict the location for the charitable
gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Application for the Moose Lodge 38 on their premises
located at 8298 University Avenue NE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 24TH
DAY OF JANUARY 2000.
