RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR
A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR
ITALIAN AMERICAN MINNEAPOLIS FOUNDATION CLUB
(MAIN EVENT,7820 UNIVERSITY AVENUE NE)
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for a Minnesota
Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for the Italian American Minneapolis Foundation Club (IAMFC);
and
WHEREAS,the location of the Premise Permit is for the Main Event, 7820 University Avenue NE,
and will be effective from July 1,2000 to June 30,2002; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has found no reason to restrict the location for the charitable
gambling operation.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Application for the Italian American Minneapolis
Foundation Club at the Main Event located at 7820 University Avenue NE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 24th
DAY OF APRIL 2000.
