RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT NO. 80733
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY AND THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into MnDOT Agreement
No. 80733 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following
purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the
materials for storm sewer construction to be performed adjacent to Trunk Highway No.
47 from 69th Avenue to 81s`Avenue within the corporate City limits under State Project
No. 0205-80 (T.H. 47=156).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, authorizes the mayor and city manager to execute the
agreement and any amendments to the agreement.
