A RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,MINNESOTA ADOPTING A 1999
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2000.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council(the"Council")of the City of Fridley,Minnesota(the"City"),as
follows:
Section 1. Recitals.
1.01. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley,Minnesota(the
"Authority")at its regular meeting on August 5, 1999,adopted the attached HRA Resolution No.
9-1999;A Resolution Adopting A 1999 Tax Levy Collectible in 2000.
1.02. The Council must consent to any Authority levy prior to its becoming effective as required by
Minnesota Statutes Section 469.033.
Section 2. Consent.
2.01. The Council hereby consents to the HRA Resolution and to the levy described therein.
