Res 1999-78 RESOLUTION No.78-1999 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE 2'"&3'u°QUARTERS WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has involved itself in initiatives that provide for future charges and modifications that will allow for a better delivery of service,and WHEREAS, the City of Fridley had not incorporated these and other necessary changes into the adopted budget for 1998.
