RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR
A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR
MINNESOTA YOUTH ATHLETIC SERVICES (SHOREWOOD RESTAURANT)
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for a Minnesota
Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for the Minnesota Youth Athletic Services(MYAS); and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for the Shorewood Restaurant, 6161 Highway 65
Northeast and will be effective from January 1,2000 to December 31, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has found no reason to restrict the location for the charitable
gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Application for the Minnesota Youth Athletic
Services at Shorewood Restaurant located at 6161 Highway 65 Northeast.
