RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
Be it resolved that the City of Fridley enters into a cooperative agreement with the Office of
Drug Policy and Violence Prevention in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the
project entitled COPS Overtime/Officer Replacement during the period from January 1, 2000 to
December 31, 2000.
The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to execute such agreements and amendments
as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of Fridley.
I CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE RESOLUTION WAS PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1999.
