Res 1999-109 RESOLUTION NO. 109-1999
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING A TAX LEVY
FOR 2000 TO THE COUNTY OF ANOKA
WHEREAS, Chapter Seven, Section 7.02 of the Charter of the City of Fridley, grants the City the power to
raise money by taxation pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Chapter 275, Section 07 requires the City to certify its tax levy
requirements to the County Auditor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley certify to the County Auditor of the
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota,the following tax levy to be levied in 1999 for the year 2000.
GENERAL FUND
General Fund $3,947,882
CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
Capital Improvement Fund-Parks Division 72,689
AGENCY FUND
Six Cities Watershed Management Organization 6,200
Stonybrook Creek Sub-Watershed District 8,900
TOTAL ALL FUNDS $4,035,671
