RESOLUTION NO. 23 - 1998
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND AUTHORIZING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE 57" AVENUE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ST. 1997 - 4
WHEREAS, the City, HRA and County have jointly agreed to upgrade
57th Avenue between University Avenue and Main Street, and
WHEREAS, an agreement No. 970537 has been executed with Anoka
County for this improvement, and
WHEREAS, BRW was retained to design and prepare the plans and
specifications for the improvement, and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the 57th Avenue
improvement have been prepared and submitted to the Minnesota
Department of Transportation for approval, and
WHEREAS, the City will be the action agency for the advertisement,
award, inspection and administration of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, approve the plans and
specifications for the 57th Avenue Improvement Project No. ST 1997
- 4, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the City Council authorizes the
advertisement of bids for the completion of the 57th Avenue
Improvement Project No. ST. 1997 - 4.
