RESOLUTION NO. 47 - 1998
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED PERSON
TO EXECUTE SUB-GRANT AGREMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley enters into a sub-grant agreement
with the Division of Emergency Management in the Minnesota
department of Public Safety for the program entitled
Infrastructure Program for FEMA 1225 DR-MINNESOTA.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that David H. Sallman is hereby
authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are
necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of
Fridley.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 13th DAY OF JULY, 1998.
