RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 1998
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTON OF AGREEMENT
FOR COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley would like to enter into a
cooperative agreement with the Minnesota Department of
Public Safety for the project entitled Community Oriented
Policing Grant; and
WHEREAS, the grant would pay for Overtime during the period
January 1, 1999 through December 31, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Fridley that the Director of Public Safety is hereby
authorized to execute such agreements and amendments, as are
necessary to implement the Community Oriented Policing
project on behalf of the City of Fridley.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 19th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1998 .
