RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A
MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR
TOTINO-GRACE HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for
Totino-Grace High School, and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for Spikers Grille
and Beachclub, 7651 Highway 65 Northeast, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit
Application for the Totino-Grace High School .
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
23RD DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1998 .
