Res 1998-99 RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 1998
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enters into a cooperative
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety to
receive two Automated External Defibrillators.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley that the Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to
execute such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to
implement the project on behalf of the City of Fridley.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
7TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1998 .
