A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED PERSON TO EXECUTE
AGREMENTS AND AMENDMENTS TO COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING
OVERTIME GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley enters into a cooperative agreement
with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the project
entitled 1997 Omnibus Crime Bill - Community Oriented Policing
Grant for overtime during the period from January 1, 1998 to
December 31, 1998.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that David H. Sallman is hereby
authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are
necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of
Fridley.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 22nd DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1997 .
