Res 1997-40 RESOLUTION NO. 40 - 1997
IIIRESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE MATTER OF
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. ST. 1997 - 3
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in
the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected
thereby, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 39 -1997 adopted on the 19th day of May, 1997,
by the City Council, ordered the preliminary plans, specifications and
estimates of the costs thereof for the improvements in this project,
and
WHEREAS, the State Department of Transportation agrees to improve the
ramp and fund its reconstruction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley as follows:
1 . That the preliminary report prepared by Barton-Aschman and
Associates, is hereby received and accepted.
2 . That the design funds for this improvement have been provided to
the City by Home Depot.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
19TH DAY OF MAY, 1997 .
