RESOLUTION NO. 52 - 1997
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY PAVING
WHEREAS, the City has determined that residential driveways
should be paved, and
WHEREAS, a program has been established to assist the residents
in paving their driveways, and
WHEREAS, a number of residents have requested the City to
negotiate a contract for the paving of driveways, both asphalt
and concrete.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, that the Public Works Director
is directed to prepare plans and specifications and advertise
for bids to install concrete and asphalt driveways for
residential properties that have petitioned the City for
construction.
