RESOLUTION NO. 5 - 1996
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF UP TO $190,000
FROM THE CLOSED BOND FUND TO THE SOLID WASTE ABATEMENT
FUND
WHEREAS, the City undertook a citywide clean up and neighborhood pride project
entitled Fridley Pride City Wide; and
WHEREAS, the 1995 budget included $16,000 for the administration of this project
since its the final size and scope were not known at the time the budget was
adopted;
WHEREAS, the City Council has long recognized that an transfer from the Closed
Bond Fund would 'tee needed to fund the project costs in excess of the budgeted
amount; and
WHEREAS, the final cost for Fridley Pride City Wide exceeds the budgeted amount
by approximately $190,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley
hereby authorized transferring up to $190,000 from the Closed Bond Fund to the
Solid Waste Abatement Fund.
