RESOLUTION NO. 12 - 1996
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF A RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR A
MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO ALCOHOL
BEVERAGE INDUSTRIES BROOKLYN CENTER WORLD ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of a Renewal
Application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for Alcohol Beverage
Industries Brooklyn Center World Association; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for Shorewood Inn, 6161 Highway
65; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict the location
for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit to Alcohol Beverage
Industries Brooklyn Center World Association.
