RESOLUTION NO. 58 - 1996
A RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
ADOPTING 1996 TAX LEVIES COLLECTIBLE IN 1997
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota (the "City") , as follows:
Section 1. Recitals.
1.01. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley
(the "Authority") at its regular meeting on July 11, 1996 adopted the
attached HRA Resolution No. 12 - 1996: A Resolution Adopting 1996 Levies
Collectible in 1997.
1.02. The Council must consent to any Authority levy prior to its becoming
effective as required by Minnesota Statutes Section 469.033.
Section 2. Consent.
2.01. The Council hereby consents to the HRA Resolution and to levies
described therein.
