RESOLUTION NO. 65 - 1996
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR EAST RIVER ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ST
1994-03
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of
construction to the following named improvement, to wit:
EAST RIVER ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ST 1994-03
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at
$189, 617 .02 .
2 . The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to
be specially assessed for said improvement against every
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited by said
improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 16TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1996.
