RESOLUTION NO. 76 - 1996
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1989-05
WHEREAS, by resolution passed by the Council on the 16th day of
September 1996, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of installation of concrete curb and
gutter, aggregate base, bituminous pavement, landscaping, and
storm water improvements.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for
public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1 . The City Council shall met at the Fridley Municipal Center in
the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 28th day
of October, 1996, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1989-05
2 . The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of
meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2)
week prior to such meeting.
