RESOLUTION REVOKING AND ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL
STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State
Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota laws:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, that the road described as follows, to-wit:

79th Way Alden Way to Riverview Terrace 309 006 0.18
Riverview Terrace 79th Way to Kimball Street 309 004 0.53
Kimball Street Riverview Terrace to

Total 1.00
be and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State
of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, it appears to the City Council of the City of
Fridley that the streets hereinafter described should be designated as
Municipal State Aid Streets under provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967,
Chapter 162 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, that the streets described as follows, to-
wit:

East River Road Service Drive - 51st Way to 53rd Way 0.323
53rd Way - East River Road Service Road to Industrial Blvd 0. 184
51st Way - East River Road to Industrial Blvd 0. 190

be and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State
Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner
of Minnesota Department of Transportation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two (2) certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for his consideration.
