RESOLUTION NO. 119 - 1996
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EIGHTH RIDER TO THE ST. PAUL
WATER WORKS AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the County is improving Osborne Road between Central Avenue and Stinson
Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, it is desired to extend the Osborne Road bike path to the corporate
limits, and
WHEREAS, the opportunity is to install the bike path in conjunction with the
County project, and
WHEREAS, an agreement from the St. Paul Water Works is necessary to place the
bike path over their waterlines on the north side of Osborne Road, and
WHEREAS, a resolution in support of this agreement with the St. Paul Water Works
is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, that the Eighth Rider Agreement to the St. Paul Board
of Water Commissioners for the placement of a bike path on the north side of
Osborne Road (CR 108) is requested, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
execute this agreement.

DECEMBER, 1996.
