RESOLUTION ,NO. 122 - 1979
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE GRANT APPLICATION
AND EXECUTION OF THE GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS; BE IT RESOLVED that the Fridley City Council act as sponsoring unit
of government and grantee for the project titled Fridley Community Crime
Prevention Project to be conducted by Department of Public Safety during the
period from the 1st day of January 1980 through the 31st day of December 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, James P. Hill , Public Safety Director, is hereby authorized
to apply to the Governor' s Commission on Crime Prevention and Control for
funding of the project and execute such agreements as are necessary to
implement the project on behalf of Fridley City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 5TH DAY OF
NOVEMBER, 1979.
