RESOLUTION •NO. 129 - 1979
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOTS 2 AND 3, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION
NO. 77, AND PARCELS 5400 AND 6000, SECTION 11 , AND PLATTING
INTO PACO INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to-wit:
Lots 2 and3, Auditor' s Subdivision No. 77, and Parcels 5400 and 6000, Section
11 , may and shall be apportioned and divided and platted as follows:
