RESOLUTION NO. 133 - 1979
A RESOLUTION REMOVING THE ASSESSMENTS PLACED ON LOTS 3 AND
4, BLOCK 1 , EAST RANCH ESTATES 3RD ADDITION, UNDER THE 1979
SERVICE CONNECTION ASSESSMENT ROLL
WHEREAS, an assessment in the amount of $2,662.00 for sewer lateral was
placed on Lot 3, Block 1 , East Ranch Estates 3rd Addition, under the 1979
Service Connection Roll on September 24, 1979, and
WHEREAS, an assessment in the amount of $4,582.90 for water and sewer
laterals was placed on Lot 4, Block 1, East Ranch Estates 3rd Addition, under
the 1979 Service Connection Roll on September 24, 1979, and
WHEREAS, the above assessments were unwarranted as a sewer lateral on Lot 3
and a water and sewer lateral on Lot 4 had already been assessed under the
ST. 1978-1 Street Improvement Project on May 14, 1979,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley that the
assessment in the amount of $2,662.00 on Lot 3 and the assessment in the
amount of $4,582.90 on Lot 4, Block 1 , East Ranch Estates 3rd Addition be
removed from the 1979 Service Connection Assessment Roll .
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY ON THIS 19TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1979.
