RESOLUTION NO. 137 - 1979
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL ON T. H. #47 AT 69TH AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota Department of Transportation, for the following purposes,
to wit:
TO PROVIDE a traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No 47 (University
Avenue Northeast) at 69th Avenue Northeast in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 59571M a copy of which
was before the Council .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers be and hereby are
authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of
the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 3RD DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1979.
