RESOLUTION NO. 93-1964
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF A SUPPLEMENTARY
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 24
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction
with respect to the following named improvement to-wit:
STORM AND BANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $1,161,507.00.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed for
said improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land
benefited by said improvement according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 4TH DAY OF MAY, 1964.
