RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A LEGAL NEWSPAPER
WHEREAS, The Charter of the City of Fridley in Section 12.01 thereof,
requires that the Council designate annually the legal newspaper of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley
as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the legal newspaper of the City of
Fridley for all legal publications required to be published therein
is the following noted newspaper: FRIDLEY NEWS; and that such
newspaper is accordingly so designated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF JANUARY, 1963 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF

RESOLUTION NO. 4-1963
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TIME AND NUMBER OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 of the Charter of the City of Fridley requires
that the City Council shall meet at a fixed time not less than once each
month, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 of the Charter requires that the Council shall meet
at such times as may be prescribed by resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Council has been meeting on the first and third Mondays
of each month at 8:00 o'clock P.M.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley
that:
1 . The City Council shall meet on the first and third Mondays of
each month.
2 . The City Council shall meet at 8:00 o'clock P.M. , on the above
designated nights .
