Res 1963-09 5 RESOLUTION NO. 8-1963 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: That the assessment levied against the following described parcels, to-wit: Parcel 660, Rees Addition, may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows: Original Parcel Fund Original Amount Parcel 660, Rees Addition Reg. S.A. Fund $342.59 Division of Parcel Approved Parcel 660-1, Rees Addition Reg. S.A. Fund 205 .56 Parcel 250, Rees Addition Reg. S.A. Brunsell RESOLUTION NO. 9-1963 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SPLIT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR EASEMENT ACQUISITION PURPOSES WHEREAS, The City of Fridley has acquired a certain easement for street and utility purposes, and it is in the best interest of the City of Fridley that the property involved be split into two parcels to permit pro-rating of special assessments and taxes and WHEREAS, the property owners, Mr. and Mrs . Clarence Olson, have re- quested that this lot split be accomplished, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF FRIDLEY AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the following described parcel of land be split inot two parcels: Lot one (1) Auditor's Subdivision No. 22 2 . That the portion of the above described parcel in (1) deeded to the City of Fridley for street and utility purposes is described as follows: The Easterly thirty-three feet (33' ) of Lot one (1) Auditor's Subdivision No. 22 3. That the portion of the above described parcel in (1) retained by the owners, Mr. and Mrs . Clarence Olson, is described as follows: Lot one (1) except the easterly thirty-three feet (33') of Auditor's Subidvision No.22 4. That the City Clerk and County of Anoka authorities are authorized to take necessary steps to accomplish such lot split and splitting of assessments . 5 . That such monies as have been previously authorized for payment to said property owners for aforesaid easement shall be applied to the assessments and that said property deeded to the City of Fridley for easement purposes shall be left clear of all taxes and assessments . Wagner Form 2523(4-62) RESOLUTION NO. 10-1963 At a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fridley duly held on the 21st day of January, 1963, the following Resolution was offered by Councilman Wolke; seconded by Councilman Brook: to-wit WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 392 and 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 94 and 694 within the corporate limits of the City of Fridley from a point 3931.20' W. and 1746 .67' N. of SE corner Sec. 22-30-24; and WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 2787-6440 (T. H. 694-393) ; and WHEREAS, said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S. P. 2787-6440 (T.H. 694-393) Minn. Proj . I 694-5 (27) 223, S.P. 2781-63 (T.H. 94-392) Minn. Proj . 1 094-3 (78) 222, which together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 392 and 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 94 and 694; and WHEREAS, copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the term "said plans and special provisions" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 392and 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 94 and 694 within the limits of the City of Fridley be and hereby are approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the eievatio and grades as shown in said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 392 and 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 94 and 694 in accordance with said plans and special provisions . Upon the call of the roll the following members of the City Council voted in favor of the Resolution: Mayor Nee, Councilmen Wolke and Brook. (Councilmen Johanson and Sheridan absent) .
