Brunsell, CITY CLERK CITY OF FRIDLEY RESOLUTION NO. 11-1963 A RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS WHEREAS, a water lateral assessment in the amount of $435 .21 was levied on Parcel 1480-1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 129, under Improvement Project No. W-34 inadvertently and in error on October 3, 1961. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: That the above water lateral assessment be deleted from the assessment roll of Water Improvement Project No. W-34 and the one payment made to date be refunded. Brunsell RESOLUTION NO. 12-1963 RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. SW-48 IN NAGEL'S WOODLAND ADDITION AND RECERTIFYING THE ASSESSMENTS ON A TEN YEAR PERIOD WHEREAS, the assessments for sewer and water laterals on Improvement Project No. SW-48 were, by inadvertence and error, certified on a one year basis in the plat of Nagel's Woodland Addition, and, WHEREAS, the assessments should have been certified on a ten year basis, and, WHEREAS, the one year certification places an impossible burden on the property owner.
