A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVID, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcel,
III to-wit: Lot 26 (Ex. S. 30') ('Ex. E. 33') (Ex. N. 100' front & rear of S
254' front & rear), Auditor's Subdivision No. 92, (Parcel 1340), may and
shall be apportioned and divided as follows:

A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 7 , BLOCK I . OSBORNE
MANOR, 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, by inadvertence and error in the calculation of the lot area,
the assessment for Improvement Project S&SS-24 (Storm Sewer Portion) was
levied in the amount of $472.65, and,
WHEREAS, this assessment should have been levied in the amount of $410.55,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment for Improvement
Project SOS-24 (Storm Sewer Portion) be reduced in the amount of $62.10
plus excess interest paid in the amount of $4.65.
