RESOLUTION NO. 37-1963
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING SPECIAL: ASSESSMENT SPREAD
IN CART SON'S SUM IT MANOR' ANNEX, 2ND ADDITION
PR IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
S .C. 1: That it is in the ''Iterest of the City of Fridley that
assessments imposed for sever and water improvements
against the following noted premises, Carlson's Summit
Manor Annex, 2nd Addit'on, be made payable in install-
ments ,f ten (10) equal annual payments. Accordingly,
the City Clerk is auth rized to so calculate the same
and to correct the roll thereof and to provide for
ten (1.0) equal annual installments rather than payment
in one year.
