RESOLUTION NO. 38-1963 _
A RESOLUTION ORDERING BEET IMINARY PLANS, SPEC I;ICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS OH CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS (SANITARY SEWER AND WATER NO.63)
BE IT RESOI_VED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
`innesota, as follows:
1. That it appears in the interests of the City and the property owners
affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to-wit:
a. Sanitary Sewer and Water Service in and along the following:
1. Lot 18, Auditor's Subdivision No. 78 (Parcel No. 4700)
2. Tot 4, Flock 2, Hayes River Lots - T;1 of Section 22-T3O-R24
3. Portion of Iot 18, Auditor's Subdivision No. 78 (Parcel
No. 4750)
A. Lot 13, Auditor 's Subdivision No. 78 (Parcel No. 2900)
2. That Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, are hereby
authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifi-
dations, and to tabulate the r::sults of their estimates of the
costs of said improvements and to make a preliminary report of
findings to the City Council when the same are prepared, not
later than the earliest date convenient.
