RESOLUTION NO. 39-1963
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESMENTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels, to-wit:
Lot 19 and Lots 22 thru 25, Block 16, Plymouth Addition (Parcel 7970), and
Lots 26 thru 30, Block 16, Plymouth Addition (Parcel 8200), may and shall be
