T.PEREAS, Resolution 5O-1963 of the City Council adopted the
15th day of April, 1963, set the date for hearing on the proposed
improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Fearing attached
hereto for reference as Exhibit "A", and
T'TERT:,AS, all of the Property owners whose Pro-,erty is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in
said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of the Council
Fearing through two (3) weekly publications of the required notice,
and the h aring was held and the property owners heard thereon at
the haring, as noted in said notice.

1 . That the following improvements Proposed by Council
esolution x-50-1063 are hereby ordered to be effected
and completed as soon as reasonable possible to-wit:
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of
hearing on the setae as are noted (in Exhibit "A")
in said notice.
That the work above may be consolidated with other
areas as one improvement.
2. The work to he performed un:er this project may be
performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, are
'‘erebv designated as the Engineers 1pr this improvement.
They shall prepare final plans and specifications for
the raking of such improvement.

','NREEAS, the City council of the Pity of Fridley, Anoka bounty,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the im-lrovements
hereinafter described he made.

City Hall in said City, and will at said time, and Place, hear all
parties interested in said im-,rovements in whole or in -art.
The general nature of the improvements in the construction (in
the lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to-wit:

all of the area described as follows:

For construction item A, Above,
All of the land abutting upon said streets named above and all
lands adjacent and abutting thereto.
All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to the
benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to Proceed with each of said improve-
ments as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise Provided
by the Council all under the fol]owing authority, to- wit: Minnesota
Taws 7953, Chapter 39" and laws amendatory thereof, and in conformity
with the City Charter.
