A RESOLUTION URTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO PE LEVIED AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTIES Taa carEcTior wiTy THE 1963 TAXES
WHTMAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lot 9,
Block 2, Spring Valley Addition, and,
I-7,73HEA.S, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such
nuisance, and,
III 7:7=2, the owner of such prorierty did not abate such nuisance, and
-ne City of -;',ridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of
A67.00,
NO7, 71-7REFORE r7F, IT RTI:SOTVED, that the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with
the 1963 taxes, the charges as listed below:

WIIEIS, the Anoka County Library Board, in favoring said bill
also asks that it include the urban portion of a county,

1 • That the City Council endorses the action taken by the Anoka
County Library Board and urges passage of H.R. 4879.
2. That the City Council of the City of Fridley also subscribes to
the wishes of the Anoka County Library Poar',, that these matching
funds be available for use in the urban portions of acounty and
sup7ests that this he made a part of said H.-1. 4879.
