Resolution : -1963 of the City Council adopted the 20th
day of May, 1963, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements,
as specifically noted in the Notice of H arl_ng, attached hereto for refer-
ence as ' xhibit "A", and,

notice) were given ten (10) days published notice f the Council hearing
through two (e) weekly publications of the reouired notice, and the

1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolu-
tion # 9-1963 are hereby ordered to be effected and com-
pleted as soon as reasonably possible to-wit:
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of hearing
on th7,. same as are noted (in exhibit "A") in said notice.
That the work above may be cnsoli,'Iated wl_th other areas as one
improvement.
2. The work to be perforred under this project may be per'7ormed
under one or core contracts as may be deemed advisaThle upon
receipt of bids.
3. Comstock and 3avls, Inc. , Consulting Engineers are hereb7
esiFnated as the Enineers for this improvement. They shall
pre-flare final plans and snecifications for the making of such
i-provement.
