A RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH IMROVENENT PROJECT NO. 63 - SEWER AND WATER
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council adopted the 17th day of
June, 1963, fixed a date for hearing on the proposed improvement known
as Project No. 63 - Sewer and Water, and,
WITEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of this improvement were given ten (10) days published
notice of the Council hearing through two (2) weekly publications of
the required notice, and the hearing was held and property owners heard
thereon on the 1st day of July, 1963.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, EINrESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted the 17th day of June, 1963.
2. Comstock & Davis, Inc., is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement. It shall prepare plans and specifi-
cations for the making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 1ST DAY OF
JULY, 1963.
