A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT ON SEWER AND WATER PROJECT NO. 63
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA,
as follows:
1. The Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder for con-
struction of the improvement work designated as:
SEWER AND WATER PROJECT NO. 63
is Herbst Construction Co., 1550 Hwy #10 Minneapolis, Minnesota;
whose bid is the amount of #20,237.18 with completion time as
specified. That said bid is hereby accepted, and the City Man-
ager and Mayor in office on date of execution of the contract
are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
said bidder for and in behalf of the City of Fridley.

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOTS 3, 41 5, 8, 9,
10, 11 and 12, BLOCK 1, OSBORNE MANOR 2ND ADDITION
WHKLEAS, the above listed lots were formerly in a tax exempt
status, and
WHEREAS, Special Improvements have been made and benefits have
been determined for the above noted properties by Improvement Projects:
SW-48A, Water Lateral; 'SW-48A, Sewer Lateral; S-34, Water Main;
S-341 Water Lateral; S&SS-24 Sewer Main; S&SS-24 Storm Sewer; and
Regular S.A. Fund, and,
WHEREAS, an assessment roll has not previously been certified to
the County of Anoka for collection as the property described above
was classified as tax exempt.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Special Assessments in the
amounts as previously determined and as shown on the attached assess-
ment rolls for Projects SW-48A, Water Lat-ral; SW-48A, Sewer Lat-
eral; 14-34 Water Main; W-34 Water Lateral; SOS-24 Sewer Main;
S'f.SS-24 Storm Sewer; and Regular S.A. Fund, shall be adopted and the
City Mork hereby instructed to certify this roll to the County
Auditor of Anoka County for collection.
