All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to
the benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improve-
ments as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise pro-
vided by the Council all under the following authority, to-wit:
Minnesota Laws 1961, Chapter 429 and laws amendatory thereof, and
in conformity with the City Charter.

A RESOLUTION MAKING TRANSFERS OF CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized certain .
expenditures beyond the budgeted amounts allocated to the various
departments of the City's General Government previously antici-
pated in the 1963 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the
City of Fridley, meeting at a regular session on the 1st day of
July, 1963, as follows:
1. That appropriations for the following activities be
reduced as follows:
Emergency Appropriation $ 2,250.00
Inspection Department 2,750.00
Street and Alley.
1,200.00
Park
TOTAL: $ 11,100.00
and that the appropriatiOns of the following activities
be increased as follows:
City Council 750.00
Engineering 1,500.00
SUB-TOTAL: $ 2,250.00
Fire Department 2,750.00
Equipment Shop 1,200.00

2. That a transfer of $8,500.00 from the Public Utility
Fund to Sewer and Water No. 13 Sinking Fund be author-
ized and is in lieu of making a tax levy for the year

RTSOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFI-
CATIONS - (SEWER AND WATER PROJECT NO. 61)
WHEREAS, Resolution #112-1963 of the City Council adopted
the 1st day of July, 1963, set the date for hearing on the
proposed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of
Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A", and
WEEREAS, All of the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted
in said notice) were given ten (10) days published notiee of the
Council hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required
notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard
thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Reso-
lution #112-1963 are hereby ordered to be effected and com-
pleted as soon as reasonably possible to-wit:
A. All of the imnrovements as follows as noted in the Notice
of Hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A") in
said notice.
