Brunsell RTSOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFI- CATIONS - (SEWER AND WATER PROJECT NO. 61) WHEREAS, Resolution #112-1963 of the City Council adopted the 1st day of July, 1963, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as specifically, noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A", and WHEREAS, All of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of the Council hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
