Res 1963-120 104 RESOLUTION NO. 120-196, A RESOLUTION ORDERING CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE A FEASIBILITY REPORT AND AN ESTIMATE OF COST FOR PAVING OF 66TH AVENUE BETWEEN PIERCE STREET AND CHANNEL ROAD - RE: PETITION #32-1963 PE IT RESOLVED PY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain Petition, requesting the improvement of 66th Avenue between Pierce Street and Channel Road in the City of Fridley by paving the same, was filed with the Council under date of August 6, 1963; it is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby; this declaration is made in conformity to M.S.A., Section 429.19. 2. The Petition is hereby referred to Calvin G. Brown, the City Engineer, and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
