A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVV.'e
MENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of con-
struction with respect to the following named improvement,
to-wit:
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 53
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated
at $ 79,205.45.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every assessible
lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by said improvement
according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH DAY OF
SEPTErBER.

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NUMBER 53
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September, 4,
1963, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 53, and,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed .
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for pub-
lic inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 30th day of
September, 1963, at 8:00 P.M., to pass upon the proposed
assessment for
STORM SEVER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 53
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least
two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
