A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to-wit: Westerly 40' of Lot 1, Block 1, Schultz's Addition, and Lot 4,
Block 1, Schultz's Addition, may and shall be apportioned and divided as
follows:
